Refund & Cancellation Policy1. Nature of ServicesNext Identity provides professional advisory and strategic services of a non-tangible and intellectual nature. Services are delivered through expert judgment, analysis, and advisory dialogue.
No specific outcome, result, career placement, business success, or personal change is guaranteed or implied.
2. Cancellation & ReschedulingSingle SessionsSessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Advisory PackagesUnused hours may be refunded within 15 days of purchase, subject to a 10% processing and preparation cost.
Once advisory work has commenced, refunds are strictly prorated based on services delivered and preparatory work completed.
3. Commencement of Advisory WorkAdvisory work is deemed to have commenced upon any of the following:
- delivery of the first session,
- review of client materials,
- preparation of notes, frameworks, or recommendations,
- reservation of advisory capacity.
Once commenced, full refunds are not available.
4. No-ShowsFailure to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of that session.
Client-side technical, connectivity, or scheduling issues do not constitute grounds for a refund unless communicated in real time.
5. Non-Conformity & RemediesIn accordance with Bahrain Law No. 35 of 2012, a remedy applies only where the service was not delivered or materially deviated from the agreed scope, duration, or format.
Non-conformity does not include dissatisfaction with advice, disagreement with professional opinion, or unmet expectations not explicitly agreed in writing.
Where objective non-conformity is established, Next Identity may, at its discretion, re-provide the service or issue a proportional refund.
6. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, excluding delays caused by banks or payment providers.
7. Acceptance of PolicyBy booking or purchasing any service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
