Next Identity Terms & Conditions1. Acceptance of TermsBy booking, purchasing, or engaging in any services provided by Next Identity, operated by Laramic Consulting W.L.L. (the “Consultancy”), the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2. Nature of Services & Clinical DisclaimerNext Identity provides leadership, career transition, and contextual strategy advisory services.
- Advisory Only: All services are non-tangible and advisory. No specific employment, financial, or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
- Non-Clinical: Services do not constitute psychotherapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. The Consultancy does not diagnose or treat psychological conditions.
- Client Readiness: By engaging in these services, the client warrants that they are in a stable mental state and are seeking professional strategy, not clinical intervention.
3. Professional Relationship & SovereigntyThe relationship is strictly that of Independent Consultant and Client.
- No Fiduciary Duty: No employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship is created.
- Decisional Autonomy: The client retains full sovereignty over their professional and personal choices. The Consultancy acts as a strategic sounding board; all final actions and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Intellectual Property & AI RestrictionsAll proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and concepts (including the Contextual Recalibration model and Identity Architecture frameworks) are the exclusive intellectual property of Laramic Consulting W.L.L.
- Limited License: Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own development.
5. Confidentiality & PrivacyBoth parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all non-public information.
- Mutual Non-Disclosure: We protect your data in accordance with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- No Recording: Clients may not record or publish advisory sessions. Any breach of confidentiality regarding the Consultancy’s proprietary methods will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
6. Payments, Delivery & Chargeback Protection- Service Delivery: For the purpose of payment disputes, "Delivery of Service" is defined as the commencement of a scheduled session or the delivery of a bespoke strategic brief.
- Confirmation of Value: Completion of an advisory session constitutes full and final delivery of the value associated with that unit of fee.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law, Laramic Consulting W.L.L. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of income, reputation, or business opportunity.
- Decisions made by the client based on advisory input. Total Liability: The Consultancy's total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the amount of fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. IndemnificationThe client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Laramic Consulting W.L.L. against any claims or liabilities arising from the client’s reliance on advisory outcomes, breach of these Terms, or misuse of proprietary materials.
9. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Good Faith Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation first.
- Mediation: If unresolved, parties may mutually agree to mediation via the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA).
- Jurisdiction: Final disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
10. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a Bahraini court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
